A Nice Start FAQs?

Your 14 days begin on the date of your first class booking — not the date of purchase.
Yes. You can schedule your four classes however you like within your 14-day window.
Browse the Schedule, select your class, and follow the prompts to create an account or log in. Once you’ve purchased A Nice Start, you can reserve your spot right away. Prefer mobile? Book easily through our app.
First off, welcome! We are so excited you are interested in experiencing pilates. All of our classes are open-level and designed to meet you where you are. Our teachers will always provide modifications if needed.
Take it at your own pace. That’s how we do things here.
Comfortable movement-friendly clothing and grip socks (available at the studio if you need a pair).
We recommend consulting your healthcare provider first. Let your instructor know before class so we can offer appropriate modifications.
You can cancel up to 6 hours before class start time and your session will be returned to your account as studio credit.
Late cancellations (within 6 hours) and no-shows forfeit the session.
Credits are not refunded back to your card.
Your A Nice Start ends after 14 days. From there, you can move into a class pack or membership and keep the momentum going!
