Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling. By booking a class, purchasing a membership, or otherwise participating at Nice Time Pilates, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below and as published on our website.

Terms & Conditions

General Terms

1.1 Introductory Offers

Introductory offers are available to brand-new clients only and may be purchased once per person. Introductory offers activate from the date of first class booking and are valid for the stated period.
Introductory offers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Nice Time Pilates reserves the right to revoke or adjust access to introductory offers if misuse is identified.

1.2 Booking & Payment

Payment is required prior to booking. To reserve a class, clients must have available credits on their account or purchase at the time of booking through our booking system.
Clients may use their membership or class pack credits to book friends or family members, provided all participants have their own Nice Time Pilates account and have completed the required waiver. The account holder is responsible for managing all guest bookings.

1.3 Safety & Medical Clearance

Clients are responsible for informing instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to class.
Instructors may recommend specific class types or decline participation if they believe a class is not appropriate for safety reasons.

1.4 Studio Etiquette

Nice Time Pilates aims to maintain a calm, inclusive, and welcoming environment. Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from class or restriction of booking privileges.

1.5 Changes to Terms

Nice Time Pilates reserves the right to update schedules, pricing, and policies with reasonable notice.

2. Class Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy exists to keep things fair for our teachers and community, and to ensure everyone has a genuine opportunity to attend class.
All cancellations must be made through your Nice Time Pilates account using the same method you booked. We are unable to accept cancellations via email, phone, or social media.

2.1 Cancellation Window (8 Hours)

  • Cancellations made more than 8 hours before the scheduled class start time will be returned to your account.
  • Cancellations made within 8 hours of class start time will forfeit the session.
  • No-shows and absences will forfeit the session.
For shared bookings, the account holder is responsible for all cancellations, no-shows, and forfeited credits related to guest bookings.

2.2 Late Arrivals

Arriving after the scheduled class start time is considered a no-show. For safety and flow reasons, empty reformers at the start of class may be offered to waitlisted clients.

2.3 Waitlists

If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you may be automatically added and notified by email or text.
The 8-hour cancellation policy applies to waitlisted spots as well. Please remove yourself or your guest from the waitlist if you can no longer attend so another client may move up.

2.4 Repeated Late Cancellations

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a review of booking privileges to ensure a consistent experience for all clients.

3. Class Packs & Single Passes

Single Class Passes are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • 5-Class Packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • 10-Class Packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Class packs and single passes may be used to book friends or family members, provided all participants have their own account and completed waiver.
All sessions are non-refundable. Extensions due to injury may be considered with medical documentation and must be requested prior to the expiry date.

4. Membership Terms

4.1 Membership Types

Nice Time Pilates offers monthly memberships, which may include:
  • 8 Classes per Month Memberships
  • 12 Classes per Month Memberships
  • Unlimited Monthly Memberships
Details, pricing, and inclusions are outlined at the time of purchase.

4.2 Membership Commitment

All memberships are subject to a minimum three (3) month commitment from the membership start date.
During the initial commitment period, memberships may not be canceled but may be upgraded if desired. After the minimum commitment period, memberships may be canceled in accordance with the termination policy.

4.3 Billing & Autopay

All memberships operate on a monthly automatic billing cycle using the credit card stored securely in our booking system.
Membership payments will continue monthly unless a cancellation request is submitted in accordance with the termination policy.

4.4 Membership Use & Sharing

Class pack credits and limited-class memberships may be used to book friends or family members, provided all participants:
• Have their own Nice Time Pilates account
• Have completed the required waiver
Credits are deducted from the membership holder’s account. The account holder is responsible for all guest bookings, cancellations, no-shows, and forfeited credits.
Unlimited memberships are for individual use only, unless a guest pass or promotional perk is explicitly included.

4.5 Cancellation & No-Show Policy for Membership Classes

All membership bookings are subject to the 8-hour cancellation policy outlined above.
  • Late cancellations (within 8 hours) result in forfeiture of the class credit.
  • No-shows result in forfeiture of the class credit and a $15 no-show fee.
Fees will be charged to the card on file.
Nice Time Pilates does not currently charge additional fees for late cancellations.

4.6 Monthly Credit Use

Membership credits are allocated on a monthly basis and reset each billing cycle.
Unused credits do not roll over unless otherwise stated. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable.
Additional sessions beyond the included monthly credits require purchase of a single class pass or use of a class pack credit.

4.7 Daily Booking Limit

Memberships are limited to one (1) class booking per day per membership account.
For limited-class memberships (8-class and 12-class), more than one credit may be used within the same class (for example, to book a guest).
Unlimited memberships are for individual use only and may not be used to book other participants, unless a guest pass or promotional perk is explicitly included.
Booking multiple separate classes on the same day using a membership is not permitted. Clients wishing to attend more than one class in a single day must purchase an additional single class pass or use a class pack credit.

4.8 Membership Pauses

Memberships may be eligible for temporary pauses under the following conditions:
  • Pauses are available after the initial three-month commitment period
  • Pauses are offered in full billing-month increments only
  • Each pause may be for a minimum of one (1) month and a maximum of two (2) consecutive months
  • Memberships may be paused for up to two (2) months per calendar year, unless otherwise approved
  • Pause requests must be submitted in writing prior to the next billing date
  • Membership billing will automatically resume at the end of the approved pause period
Paused time does not count toward the initial commitment period.
Nice Time Pilates reserves the right to approve pauses on a case-by-case basis and to request documentation for medical-related pauses.

4.9 Membership Changes

Memberships may be upgraded or downgraded with written notice. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise arranged.

4.10 Termination Policy

Memberships may be canceled with written notice submitted via email or account settings after the initial three-month commitment.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for unused credits.

4.11 Failed Payments

If a membership payment fails to process, booking privileges may be temporarily restricted until payment is resolved.
Repeated failed payments may result in membership suspension or termination.

5. Additional Policies

Footwear & Hygiene

Clean grippy socks are required for all classes.
For safety, hygiene, and equipment care, clients must wear clean grip socks while participating in class. Clients who arrive without grippy socks may be required to purchase a pair or may be unable to participate.
Nice Time Pilates reserves the right to refuse participation if footwear or hygiene standards are not met.

Instructor Changes

Class instructors are subject to change without notice. No refunds or credits will be issued due to instructor substitutions.

Personal Belongings

Nice Time Pilates is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Retail Purchases

Retail purchases are final sale unless otherwise stated.
